研究目的：

通过统计分析罗库溴铵和顺式阿曲库铵在乳腺癌根治术患者中的使用情况及其效果，评估不同类型非去极化肌松药对该类手术患者围诱导期血流动力学和短期预后的影响，为不同类型的非去极化肌松药在乳腺癌根治术患者中的合理应用提供理论参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To describe the effects of different NMB (cis-atracurium and rocuronium) on the short-term and postoperative recovery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄18～65岁的女性患者;
(2)美国麻醉医师学会分级（American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA）I～III级
(3)院前未接受任何相关抗肿瘤治疗
(4)用全身药物麻醉治疗原发性晚期乳腺癌患者
(5)术中单独使用氨基甾体类或苄基异喹啉类肌松药作为肌肉松弛剂的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Female patients aged 18 to 65;
(2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I to III
(3) Not receiving any related anti-tumor therapy before admission
(4) Treatment of patients with primary advanced breast cancer with general drug anesthesia
(5) Patients who use aminosteroids or benzylisoquinoline muscle relaxants alone as muscle relaxants during surgery.

排除标准：

(1)男性乳腺癌患者，
(2)合并其它恶性肿瘤的患者；
(3)围术期已行放化疗的患者；
(4)术中同时使用氨基甾体类和苄基异喹啉类肌松药的患者；
(5)严重心血管疾病（心功能分级>Ⅱ级）的患者；
(6)发生远处转移的患者；
(7)电子病例系统和/或手麻系统中数据信息缺失的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) male breast cancer patients,
(2) Patients with other malignant tumors;
(3) Patients who have undergone radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the perioperative period;
(4) Patients who use aminosteroids and benzylisoquinoline muscle relaxants at the same time during surgery;
(5) Patients with severe cardiovascular disease (cardiac function class > grade II);
(6) Patients with distant metastasis;
(7) Patients with missing data in the electronic medical record system and/or hand anesthesia system.
