本研究旨在比较改良的超声引导下前锯肌阻滞在胸腔镜肺叶切除术病人术后镇痛效果的运用，能否有效改善患者术后镇痛及提高围术期恢复质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to compare the application of improved ultrasound guided sawtooth block in postoperative analgesia of patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy, and whether it could effectively improve postoperative analgesia and perioperative recovery quality.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：1）年龄18-75岁；2）胸腔镜肺叶切除术；3）签署知情同意书；4）ASAI～III级。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusive criteria: 1) Age 18-75; 2) Thoracoscopic lobectomy; 3) Sign the informed consent form; 4) ASAI-III.

排除标准：

排除标准：1）神经阻滞禁忌症；2）患者拒绝参加试验；3）手术过程中中转开胸。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1) contraindication of nerve block; 2) Patients refused to participate in the trial; 3) Switch to open chest during operation.
