研究二甲双胍治疗结直肠息肉疗效、安全性及机制研究  

Objectives of Study：

To study the efficacy, safety and mechanism of metformin in the treatment of colorectal polyps

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、结直肠息肉切除术后无残余息肉存在；2、年龄在18-65岁之间；3、愿意签署入组知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. No residual polyp existed after colorectal polypectomy; 2. Aged between 18 and 65; 3. Willing to sign the informed consent for enrollment.

排除标准：

1、患有糖尿病史；2、有二甲双胍过敏史或不能耐受其副作用；3、近半年内有非甾体抗炎药、盐酸小檗碱、姜黄素、阿司匹林、钙补充剂、维生素D、绿茶或多酚E补充剂等用药史（若有用药史先予半年洗脱期再纳入），研究过程中如服用该药物也排除；4、结直肠外科手术史；5、患有恶性肿瘤史（不包括已内镜下完成根治性切除病变）；5、患有心力衰竭、肝衰竭、肾衰竭及肝肝硬化等严重疾病；6、患有家族性腺瘤性息肉病；7、有炎症性肠病病史；8、研究人员认为不适合参与的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of diabetes; 2. Have a history of metformin allergy or cannot tolerate its side effects; 3. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, berberine hydrochloride, curcumin, aspirin, calcium supplements, vitamin D, green tea or polyphenol E supplements have been used in the last six months (if any, the drug use history should be included during the six-month washout period), and the drug use during the study will also be excluded; 4. History of colorectal surgery; 5. Have a history of malignant tumor (excluding radical endoscopic resection of the lesion); 5, suffering from heart failure, liver failure, kidney failure and liver cirrhosis and other serious diseases; 6, suffering from familial adenomatous polyposis; 7. A history of inflammatory bowel disease; 8. Patients considered unsuitable for participation by the researchers.
