研究目的：

统计子宫腺肌病的常见症状，分析其证候特点，形成易于临床应用的中医证候分型方案.分析其常见证候类型，为子宫腺肌病的证候分类、辨证治疗提供基于循证医学的科学、统一的参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The common symptoms of adenomyosis were statistically analyzed, and the syndrome characteristics were analyzed to form a TCM syndrome classification scheme that was easy to be applied in clinic. To analyze the common syndrome types and provide scientific and unified reference for syndrome classification and syndrome differentiation of adenomyosis based on evidence-based medicine

纳入标准：

（1）符合子宫腺肌病的临床诊断标准;
(2)患者依从性良好

Inclusion criteria

(1) meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of adenomyosis;
(2) Patient compliance is good

排除标准：

①处于妊娠期或哺乳期等特殊生理时期的女性；
②检查发现子宫畸形的女性；
③有认识能力或智力障碍，罹患精神类疾病的女性；
④合并心脑血管系统、肝肾造血系统、内分泌系统、免疫系统、妇科恶性肿瘤等严重原发性疾病的女性；
⑤不能配合调查者，受试者不愿参与研究，拒绝签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria：

(1) women in special physiological periods such as pregnancy or lactation;
(2) examination found uterine deformity of the female;
(3) have cognitive ability or mental retardation, suffering from mental diseases of the female;
(4) merge cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system, liver and kidney hematopoietic system, endocrine system, immune system,Women with severe primary diseases such as gynecological malignancies;
(5) unable to cooperate with investigators, subjects are unwilling to participate in the study and refuse to sign informed consent book
