研究目的：

探讨理性情绪行为疗法对体外受精-胚胎移植术后早期先兆流产患者情绪困扰的干预效果以及对患者睡眠质量、生育生活质量、早期流产率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim was to explore the effectiveness of rational emotional behavior therapy (REBT) on psychological distress in patients with early threatened miscarriage after in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET); as well as the effects of sleep quality, reproductive life quality, and the influence of early spontaneous miscarriage rate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①IVF-ET术后妊娠12周以前且符合早期先兆流产诊断标准的患者；②焦虑自评量表得分≥50分（标准分）；③具有一定的视听说读写能力者，能配合完成研究者；④签署知情同意书；⑤自愿参加本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of early threatened abortion before 12 weeks of pregnancy after IVF-ET; ② Self rating Anxiety Scale score ≥ 50 (standard score); ③ Those who have certain audio-visual, oral, reading and writing skills can cooperate with the researchers to complete the research; ④ Sign informed consent; ⑤ Volunteer to participate in this study.

排除标准：

①宫外孕患者；②患有严重躯体或慢性疾病的患者，例如严重的心、脑或肾疾病、严重精神障碍；排除生殖系统或内分泌系统严重器质性疾病。③近2个月使用抗抑郁的药物；排除宫颈及其它原因引起的阴道流血；④近期家庭发生重大事故者(如亲人离世)；⑤有沟通和理解障碍，因文化程度低或疾病因素等无法完成研究者；⑥目前或之前参加其他心理疗法治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with ectopic pregnancy; ② Patients with severe physical or chronic diseases, such as severe heart, brain or kidney diseases and severe mental disorders; Severe organic diseases of reproductive system or endocrine system were excluded.③ Use antidepressant drugs in recent 2 months; Eliminate vaginal bleeding caused by cervix and other reasons; ④ Recent major family accidents (such as the death of relatives); ⑤ The researcher is unable to complete the study due to low level of understanding and cultural barriers; ⑥ Current or previous participants in other psychotherapy.
