研究目的：

本研究以60名眼部癌症患者为研究对象，采用EORTC QLQ-C30，QLQ-OPT30，NEI-VFQ-25，SAS，SDS问卷探索患者从确诊，及发病后1，3，6，12月不同时期生活质量轨迹、视觉功能、焦虑和抑郁水平发展变化轨迹及其影响因素。同时，采用现象学方法，以科宾和施特劳斯慢性疾病轨迹理论为框架，探索不同患病时期患者的照护需求，使用Grbich的批评性话语分析法分析探索患者在不同时期的照护需求特征。进一步探索其障碍因素及促进因素，为眼癌患者构建最佳的护理照护模式提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study took 60 patients with eye cancer as the research object, and used EORTC QLQ-C30, QLQ-OPT30, NEI-VFQ-25, SAS, and SDS questionnaires to explore the differences in patients from diagnosis to 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after onset. Trajectories of quality of life, visual function, anxiety and depression levels over time and their influencing factors. At the same time, using phenomenological methods and using the Corbin and Strauss chronic disease trajectory theory as a framework to explore the care needs of patients in different stages of illness, and use Grbich's critical discourse analysis to analyze and explore the characteristics of patients' care needs in different periods . Further explore its barriers and facilitators, so as to provide the basis for constructing the best nursing care model for patients with eye cancer.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床初步诊断为眼部癌症（UM/RB）。
2.正在接受治疗（手术、化疗或放疗）的眼癌患者。
3.过去接受过完全/部分手术、化疗或放射治疗的患者。
4.拒绝治疗或因任何原因没有得到任何治疗的患者。
5.年龄大于18岁。
6.居住在家中或任何医疗环境中的眼癌幸存者。
7.生命体征平稳、神志清楚，无失语，沟通良好。
8.在研究之前获得知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Preliminary clinical diagnosis of eye cancer (UM/RB).
2. Eye cancer patients who are undergoing treatment (surgery, chemotherapy or radiotherapy).
3. Patients who have received complete/partial surgery, chemotherapy or radiation therapy in the past.
4. Patients who refuse treatment or do not receive any treatment for any reason.
5. Age greater than 18 years old.
6. Survivors of eye cancer living at home or in any healthcare setting.
7. The vital signs are stable, the consciousness is clear, there is no aphasia, and the communication is good.
8. Obtain informed consent prior to the study.

排除标准：

1.主要临床诊断不是眼癌。
2.同时具有全身其他转移癌或其他癌症相关并发症。
3.视力不良或其他非癌症相关眼病（非肿瘤效应）导致失明。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The primary clinical diagnosis is not eye cancer.
2. Having other metastatic cancer or other cancer-related complications in the whole body at the same time.
3. Blindness caused by poor vision or other non-cancer-related eye diseases (non-tumor effects).
