研究目的：

主要目的：构建并验证用于辅助结肠镜下实时判断大肠病变分型的AI软件，以提高结肠镜的诊疗水平，实现内镜下实时大肠病变分型诊断。 次要目的：评价 AI 实时诊断软件相较于有经验的内镜医师在大肠病变分型方面的诊断敏感度、特异性、准确率。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To construct and verify AI software for assisting in real-time diagnosis of colorectal lesion classification under colonoscopy, so as to improve the diagnosis and treatment of colonoscopy and realize real-time endoscopic diagnosis of colorectal lesion classification. Secondary objective: To evaluate the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of AI real-time diagnostic software compared with experienced endoscopists in colorectal lesion classification.

纳入标准：

1）自愿签署知情同意书。
2）年龄18-75岁。
3）参加结肠镜检查的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Subjects sign the informed consent form voluntarily.
2) Subjects aged 18-75 years old.
3) Subjects who undergo colonoscopy.

排除标准：

1）不适合进行内镜检查者。
2）内窥镜图片质量不符合要求。
3）经研究者判断认为不适合参与本试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Subjects are not fit for endoscopy.
2) The quality of the subjects' endoscopic images does not meet the requirements.
3) Subjects who judge by the researchers to be unsuitable for this trial.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录、将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively. After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
