Objectives of Study：

To analyze the effect of anastomotic angle of arteriovenous internal fistula on the patency of internal fistula

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①于北京大学深圳医院肾内科建立桡动脉-头静脉端侧吻合手术的患者②且年龄≥18岁③自愿同意参加本研究④签署书面知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

① Patients who established radial artery cephalic vein end-to-side anastomosis in the Department of Nephrology, Shenzhen Hospital, Peking University ② and aged ≥ 18 years ③ voluntarily agreed to participate in the study ④ signed written informed consent

排除标准：

1、非首次建立同类型血管通路；
2、严重心脑血管疾病患者；
3、恶性肿瘤患者；
4、非专业建议建立血管通路患者；
5、不能长期随访；
6、预期寿命不足1年患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have not established the same type of vascular access for the first time;

2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;

3. Patients with malignant tumors;

4. Patients with non professional recommendations to establish vascular access;

5. Patients who cannot be followed up for a long time;

6. Patients with life expectancy less than 1 year.

纳入2022年7月至2023年12月首次在北京大学深圳医院肾内科建立桡动脉-头静脉端侧吻合手术，拟行长期血液透析患者，连续入组约200例。

From July 2022 to December 2023, about 200 consecutive patients with long-term hemodialysis were included in the first radial artery cephalic vein end-to-side anastomosis operation established in the Department of Nephrology of Shenzhen Hospital of Peking University.
