研究目的：

利用F127开发一种安全有效的内窥镜专用超声耦合剂  

Objectives of Study：

Developing a safe and effective ultrasound coupling agent for endoscopy ultrasound using F127

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18岁～65岁；
（2）性别不限；
（3）食管病变，需要食管超声内镜检查；
（4）自愿接受并遵守本实验方案，按时接受复查及随访；
（5）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18 to 65 years old.
(2) Gender is not limited.
(3) Esophageal lesions requiring esophageal endoscopy ultrasound.
(4) Voluntarily accept and comply with this experimental protocol, and accept review and follow-up on time.
(5) Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠妇女；
（2）心肺功能太差，不能耐受无痛电子超声胃镜检查；
（3）不愿意加入本试验，拒绝签署知情同意书或综合判断依从性较差的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant women.
(2) Those whose cardiopulmonary function is too poor to tolerate painless ultrasound gastroscopy.
(3) Cases who do not wish to join this trial, refuse to sign the informed consent form or have poor overall judgment of compliance.
