研究目的：

观察全麻诱导前应用利多卡因气雾剂用于改善咽部手术患儿围术期舒适化程度的临床效应。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of lidocaine aerosol before induction of general anesthesia in improving perioperative comfort degree of children undergoing pharyngeal surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 全麻咽部手术患儿；
2. 年龄3-12岁，体重5-35kg；
3. 张口度＞3cm；
4. ASA I-II级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children undergoing pharyngeal surgery under general anesthesia;
2. Age 3-12 years old, weight 5-35 kg;
3. Mouth opening ＞ 3 cm;
4. ASA grade I-II.

排除标准：

1. 对酰胺类麻醉药过敏者；
2. 困难气道，需行明视法置入喉罩或清醒气管内插管者；
3. 患先天性或特发性高铁血红蛋白血症者及正在接受能引起高铁血红蛋白血症的其他药物治疗者；
4. 既往有慢性咽炎或咽喉手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to amide anesthetics;
2. Difficult airway, need to put laryngeal mask or clear endotracheal intubation;
3. Patients suffering from congenital or idiopathic methemoglobinemia and receiving other medications that can cause methemoglobinemia;
4. Previous chronic pharyngitis or throat surgery.
