研究目的：

研究胎肠肺轴微生态对早产儿肺发育的影响，通过研究TOll受体探讨胎肠肺轴微生态与肺损伤的关系及作用机制，为预防及延缓早产儿肺损伤提供理论依据  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of fetal intestinal pulmonary axis microecology on lung development of preterm infants, and to explore the relationship and mechanism between fetal intestinal pulmonary axis microecology and lung injury by studying Toll receptor, so as to provide a theoretical basis for preventing and delaying lung injury of preterm infants

纳入标准：

研究组：
1.2022年4月1日到2022年12月30日在我院产科、新生儿科收治的早产儿（胎龄<37周）。分为上呼吸机组、未上呼吸机组。
对照组：
1.2022年4月1日到2022年12月30日在我院产科、新生儿科收治的足月新生儿。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion criteria: 1.1 study group: premature infants (gestational age < 37 weeks) treated in obstetrics and neonatal pediatrics of our hospital from January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022. It is divided into upper breathing unit and non upper breathing unit. 1.2 control group: term newborns born in the same period. 1.3 sample size estimation: the study was a clinical cohort study. According to the literature, the incidence rate of lung injury in premature infants was 20%-50% OR, 2, 180 cases in the study group and 180 cases in the control group.

排除标准：

2.排除标准：（1）先天发育畸形（包括复杂的先天性心脏病，肺部发育畸形）；（2）遗传代谢性疾病；（3）染色体病。（4）家属不同意参加研究者

Exclusion criteria：

2. Exclusion criteria: (1) congenital malformations (including complex congenital heart disease and pulmonary malformations); (2) Genetic metabolic diseases; (3) Chromosomal diseases. (4) Family members did not agree to participate in the study
