Objectives of Study：

1.1. Discussion on the occurrence time of grade B fistula after pancreaticoduodenectomy 2. Establishment of risk assessment model for Grade B fistula

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. PD或LPD患者
2. 标准根治或扩大根治者

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing PD or LPD surgery

2. Patients receiving standard radical surgery or extended radical surgery

排除标准：

1. PD或LPD联合其他脏器切除患者
2. 因外伤行PD或LPD患者
3. 急诊PD或LPD患者
4. 姑息性PD
5. 合并严重脏器功能不全者
6. 术前新辅助化疗或其他治疗（放疗、靶向免疫治疗等）

Exclusion criteria：

(1) PD or LPD combined with other organ resection; (2) PD or LPD performed due to trauma; (3) PD or LPD for emergency treatment, such as the rupture and bleeding of tumor; (4) palliative resection; (5) patients with severe organ dysfunction; (6) patients treated with preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy or other treatments (radiotherapy, targeted immunotherapy, etc.). (7) Patients with missing data for clinical or radiographic variables.
