研究目的：

观察芪桃化瘀方预防全膝关节置换术（TKA）后下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）的疗效，探究其在预防DVT中抗凝和抗炎多靶点作用，为临床DVT的预防和治疗提供中西医结合方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy of Qitao Huayu Prescription in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of lower limbs after total knee replacement (TKA), explore its multi-target effects of anticoagulant and anti-inflammatory in the prevention of DVT, and provide integrated Chinese and western medicine for the prevention and treatment of clinical DVT.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合《中华医学会骨科学分会骨关节炎诊疗指南（2018年版）》膝骨性关节炎的诊断标准并处于晚期（Kellgren-LawrencegradesⅢ-Ⅳ， KL-Ⅲ-Ⅳ）的患者；
（2）拟行单侧全膝关节置换手术的患者；
（3）年龄在50～80岁之间；
（4）签署知情同意书并保证试验依从性。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis in the "Chinese Medical Association Orthopaedic Branch Osteoarthritis Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2018 Edition)" and are in advanced stages (Kellgren-Lawrence grades III-IV, KL-III-IV);
(2) Patients who are going to undergo unilateral total knee replacement surgery;
(3) Aged between 50 and 80 years old;
(4) Sign the informed consent form and ensure test compliance.

排除标准：

（1）既往对中药或抗凝药物过敏的患者；
（2）合并严重心脑血管疾病、感染性疾病、血液病或肝病者；
（3）有出血史、出血倾向、精神障碍者；
（4）在使用其他抗凝剂；
（5）充血性心力衰竭、肺水肿或下肢严重水肿；
（6）术前下肢DVT形成、肺栓塞发生或血栓（性）静脉炎；
（7）已知的高凝状态(如雌激素的使用)；
（8）近期恶性肿瘤的病史；
（9）下肢血管严重动脉硬化或狭窄、其他缺血性血管病及下肢严重畸形等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who are allergic to traditional Chinese medicines or anticoagulants in the past;
(2) Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases, blood diseases or liver diseases;
(3) Those with a history of bleeding, bleeding tendency, and mental disorders;
(4) other anticoagulants are used;
(5) Congestive heart failure, pulmonary edema or severe edema of lower extremities;
(6) DVT formation of lower extremities, pulmonary embolism or thrombophlebitis before surgery;
(7) Known hypercoagulable state (such as estrogen use);
(8) History of recent malignant tumor;
(9) Severe arteriosclerosis or stenosis of lower extremity vessels, other ischemic vascular diseases and severe lower extremity deformities, etc.
