研究目的：

初步研究肺术后肺泡-胸膜瘘（alveolar-pleural fistula, APF）引起的持续漏气（prolonged air leak, PAL）以平均气体流量为参考的安全拔管阈值，建立APF-PAL的临床危险因素预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Preliminary research about gas flow threshold for safe extubation of chest drainage in patients with alveolar-pleural fistula prolonged air leak (APF-PAL) after pulmonary surgery and establishment of risk factor prediction model of APF-PAL.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）行肺叶切除、肺段或肺楔形切除的患者；
（2）术后PAL且根据Cerfolio制定的PAL分级判定标准≥I级的患者；
（3）肺泡-支气管瘘（APF）引起的PAL。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Patients who undergo lobectomy, segmentectomy or wedge resection;
(2)Patients with PAL who are ≥ grade I according to the PAL grading criteria established by Cerfolio;
(3)PAL caused by alveolar-bronchial fistula (APF).

排除标准：

（1）支气管-胸膜瘘（BPF）的患者；
（2）胸水生化检查指标异常，存在感染的患者；
（3）NYHA分级III级及以上或CCS分级III级及以上的患者；
（4）严重肾功能不全的患者；
（5）不同意签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Patients with broncho-pleural fistula (BPF);
(2)Patients with abnormal biochemical examination of pleural effusion and infection;
(3)NYHA grade III and above or CCS grade III and above;
(4)Patients with severe renal insufficiency;
(5)Patients who do not agree to sign the informed consent form.
