研究目的：

缺血性脑卒中（Ischemic stroke，IS）是一种高发病率、高死亡率和高致残率的疾病，其分子机制尚未明确。本研究旨在通过鉴别缺血性脑卒中长链非编码RNA（Long non-coding RNA，lncRNA），微小RNA（MicroRNA，miRNA）和信使RNA（Messenger RNA，mRNA）的表达谱，构建竞争内源性RNA网络，探讨缺血性脑卒中可能的分子机制，寻找潜在的早期诊断，预后预测的生物标志物和提供新的康复治疗靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

Ischemic stroke (IS) is a disease with high morbidity, high mortality and high disability rate, and its molecular mechanism has not yet been clarified. The purpose of this study is to construct a competitive endogenous gene by identifying the expression profiles of Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), microRNA (miRNA) and messenger RNA (mRNA) in ischemic stroke. Sexual RNA network, explore the possible molecular mechanism of ischemic stroke, search for potential early diagnosis, biomarkers for prognosis prediction and provide new targets for rehabilitation therapy.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：IS诊断符合中国脑卒中诊断标准，且经过头颅CT 或头颅磁共振扫描证实；年龄 30-90 岁; 初次发生IS并造成功能障碍，病程1-3个月，生命体征平稳，查体配合。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of IS conforms to the Chinese diagnostic criteria for stroke, and it has been confirmed by head CT or head MRI scan; age 30-90 years; the first time IS occurs and causes dysfunction, the course of disease is 1-3 months, the vital signs are stable, physical examination Cooperate.

排除标准：

排除标准: 既往有脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血、脑肿瘤、脑外伤及其他神经精神系统病史; 合并严重心、肝、肾功能不全; 合并肌源性疾病或（和）周围神经系统疾病; 意识障碍，不能配合检查; 发病前存在肢体运动功能障碍; 存在癫痫发病史; 拒绝参加研究。
健康志愿者招募：选取同期社会招募的健康志愿者，体检证实属于身体健康范围，没有任何严重器质性或功能性疾病，睡眠正常，饮食规律，按年龄和性别等基本特征与IS患者进行匹配。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: previous history of cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, brain tumor, brain trauma and other neuropsychiatric diseases; combined with severe heart, liver, and renal insufficiency; combined with myogenic diseases or (and) peripheral nervous system diseases; Impaired consciousness, unable to cooperate with the examination; there was limb motor dysfunction before the onset; there was a history of epilepsy; refused to participate in the study.
