研究目的：

1.分析老年患者下肢骨折术后并发症的影响因素，以便为老年患者下肢骨折做好术前准备，减少并发症的发生。 2.明确老年患者术前营养状态与下肢骨折术后并发症的相关性，讨论增强老年人机体营养状况对预防术后并发症的意义，为临床干预提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The influencing factors of postoperative complications of lower extremity fracture in elderly patients were analyzed, so as to make preoperative preparation for lower extremity fracture in elderly patients and reduce the occurrence of complications. 2. To clarify the correlation between preoperative nutritional status and postoperative complications of lower limb fracture in elderly patients, and discuss the significance of enhancing the nutritional status of elderly patients for the prevention of postoperative complications, so as to provide basis for clinical intervention.

纳入标准：

年龄≥60岁的下肢骨折手术患者，自愿参加本次研究且签知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients ≥60 years of age who underwent surgery for lower extremity fractures participated in the study voluntarily and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①ASA分级Ⅳ级以上患者；②患有严重精神疾病者；③血糖≥13.9mmol/L④严重心肺疾病者；⑤术前下肢静脉血栓未处理者；⑥不愿参与本研究或者中途退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with ASA grade Ⅳ or above; ② suffering from severe mental illness; ③ Blood glucose ≥13.9mmol/L④ serious cardiopulmonary disease; (5) Patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis who were not treated before surgery; ⑥ Those who do not want to participate in this study or quit midway.
