研究目的：

了解老年脆性骨折患者术后肺部感染影响因素，logistic回归分析筛选出最佳指标；回顾性收集老年脆性骨折患者术后发生肺部感染的风险指标数据，分别构建logistic回归模型、BP神经网络模型、极限学习机并探讨三种预测模型的预测能力。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the influencing factors of postoperative pulmonary infection in elderly patients with brittle fracture, and the best indicators were selected by logistic regression analysis; The risk index data of postoperative pulmonary infection in elderly patients with brittle fracture were retrospectively collected. logistic regression model, BP neural network model and extreme learning machine were constructed respectively, and the predictive ability of the three prediction models was discussed.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：①年龄≥60岁；②均诊断为脆性骨折：包括桡骨远端骨折、肱骨近端骨折、椎体骨折和髋部骨折；③精神正常且可以正常沟通者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ① age ≥60 years old; ② All were diagnosed as brittle fractures, including distal radius, proximal humerus, vertebral and hip fractures. ③ Mentally normal and can communicate normally.

排除标准：

排除标准：①未手术治疗；②陈旧性骨折（受伤时间至入院时间间距>3周）；③病理性骨折或恶性肿瘤；④假体周围骨折；⑤多处骨折或开放性骨折；⑥手术前已确诊肺部感染；⑦合并血液系统疾病或免疫系统疾病，如白血病、类风湿性关节炎或系统性红斑狼疮等；⑧临床资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ① no surgical treatment; ② Old fracture (the distance between the time of injury and the time of admission >3 weeks); ③ Pathological fracture or malignant tumor; ④ periprosthesis fracture; ⑤ multiple fractures or open fractures; ⑥ Lung infection has been diagnosed before the operation; Combined with diseases of the blood system or immune system, such as leukemia, rheumatoid arthritis or systemic lupus erythematosus; ⑧ Clinical data are incomplete.

采用便利抽样，连续性纳入南华大学附一医院、附二医院、附属南华医院三所三级甲等医院于2018年01月01日-2022年10月31日收治的符合纳排标准的老年脆性骨折术后患者为研究对象进行回顾性研究。

A retrospective study was conducted on elderly patients after brittle fracture surgery who met the Nanhua standard and were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital, Second Affiliated Hospital and Nanhua Hospital of the University of South China from January 1, 2018 to October 31, 2022 by convenience sampling.
