研究目的：

研究全麻联合硬膜外麻醉对胰十二指肠根治手术后并发症和无进展生存的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia on complications and progression-free survival after radical pancreaticoduodenectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 美国麻醉医师学会ASA分级I-IV级；
2. 年龄 18-79 岁；
3. 体重指数（Body Mass Index）：18-26 kg/m2；
4. 行胰十二指肠切除术治疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA classification I-IV;
2. Age 18-79 years old;
3. Body Mass Index: 18-26 kg/m2;
4. Patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy.

排除标准：

1.患者病理为良性病变者；
2.正在参加其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients whose pathology is benign;
2.Those who are participating in other clinical research.

收集 2017年7 月至 2021 年 6 月 在安徽医科大学附属第一医院进行胰十二指肠切除术的患者的临床及实验室资料。 根据患者的麻醉方式分为全身麻醉组（G组）、静吸复合全麻+中胸段连续硬膜外麻醉（GE组）、静吸复合全麻+双侧腹横筋膜平面阻滞 （GT组）。
