研究目的:

1、确定经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)、经颅磁刺激(rTMS)、经颅超声刺激(TUS)、脑机接口技术(BCI)、镜像疗法(MT)5种常见中枢干预最佳刺激参数。 2、比较不同强度的外周任务导向性训练应用于脑卒中亚急性期患者运动康复中的疗效。 3、探究基于经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)、经颅磁刺激(rTMS)、经颅超声刺激(TUS)、脑机接口技术(BCI)、镜像疗法(MT)的五大闭环模式康复方案对脑卒中亚急性期患者运动功能的疗效。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Determine the optimal stimulation parameters of five common central interventions: transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), transcranial ultrasound stimulation (TUS), brain computer interface technology (BCI), and mirror therapy (MT). 2. To compare the efficacy of different intensity of peripheral task-oriented training in exercise rehabilitation of patients with subacute stroke. 3. To explore the effect of five closed-loop rehabilitation schemes based on transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), transcranial ultrasound stimulation (TUS), brain-computer interface technology (BCI) and mirror therapy (MT) on motor function of patients with subacute stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①首发缺血性脑卒中,病程2周~3个月;
②符合《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南 2018》诊断标准;
③病灶位于皮层下,经CT或MRI证实;
④年龄40-75岁;
⑤单侧肢体偏瘫,Brunnstrom上肢≤Ⅳ期;
⑥MMSE≥24分。
⑦生命体征平稳,无严重并发症;
⑧患病前由爱丁堡利手问卷判断为右利手;
⑨患者本人或亲属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① The first ischemic stroke, the course of disease is 2 weeks to 3 months;
(2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria of "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018";
③ The lesions were subcortical and confirmed by CT or MRI.
④ Age 40-75 years old;
(5) Unilateral limb hemiplegia, Brunnstrom upper limb ≤ stage Ⅳ;
⑥MMSE≥24 points.
⑦ Stable vital signs and no serious complications;
⑧ before the disease by Edinburgh handedness questionnaire judgment is right-handed;
⑨ Patients themselves or their relatives sign informed consent.

排除标准:

①有严重或难以控制的高血压、心功能不全、频发癫痫等临床医生认为评估过程中可导致恶化的疾病;
②存在未控制的临床情况,如严重肝肾功能损害等。

Exclusion criteria:

① there are severe or difficult to control hypertension, cardiac insufficiency, frequent epilepsy and other diseases that clinicians believe can lead to deterioration in the evaluation process;
② There are uncontrolled clinical conditions, such as severe damage of liver and kidney function.
