研究目的：

长期临床观察发现内异症引起不孕的患者以肾虚血瘀型多见，故针对该类型患者采用补肾益气、活血祛瘀的经验方“归芎消异方”进行西医和中西医结合不同治疗方案的随机对照研究。  

Objectives of Study：

As long-term clinical observations have found that patients with infertility caused by endometriosis are mostly of the kidney deficiency blood stasis type, a randomized controlled study of different treatment regimens of Western and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) was performed with the empirical formula "Guixiong Xiaoyi Fang", which invigorates kidney qi and inviginvigorates blood stasis , for this type of patients.

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18－40岁之间，符合本病诊断标准的患者；
（2）签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients aged 18-40 years who fulfilled the diagnostic criteria for this disease;
(2) Signed informed consent

排除标准：

（1）其他不孕因素的患者（包括排卵障碍、输卵管因素、宫颈因素、子宫解剖结构异常、男方因素和免疫因素等）；
（2）术中病灶清除不彻底的患者。
（3）合并有心脑血管、肝、肾及造血系统等严重疾病患者
（4）对实验用药过敏者
（5）妊娠或者哺乳期患者
（6）正在参加其他临床药物实验患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with other infertility factors (including ovulatory disorders, tubal factors, cervical factors, abnormal uterine anatomy, andrological factors and immunological factors, etc.);
(2) Patients with incomplete intraoperative lesion removal.
(3) Patients with severe cardiovascular, hepatic, renal and haematopoietic diseases were included
(4) Allergy to experimental drugs
(5) Pregnant or lactating patients
(6) Patients being enrolled in other clinical drug experiments

研究将采用SAS程序按随机比例生成随机数字表。经过入选评价后，每个符合标准的对象将获得一个随机数，根据随机分配表，病人按1:1分配到中西医结合治疗组或西药对照组。
