本研究为探究中医、西医和中西医结合不同治疗方案对子宫内膜异位症术后复发率的随机对照研究。  

Objectives of Study：

This is a randomized study investigating the postoperative recurrence rate of endometriosis treated with different treatment regimens of traditional Chinese, Western and integrative medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18－45岁之间，符合本病诊断标准患者；
（2）签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18-45 years, patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of this disease;
(2) Signed informed consent;

排除标准：

（1）其他类型的卵巢囊肿、卵巢良恶性肿瘤或其他恶性肿瘤者
（2）子宫内膜异位症行全子宫加双附件切除的手术患者
（3）合并有心脑血管、肝、肾及造血系统等严重疾病患者
（4）对实验用药过敏者
（5）妊娠或者哺乳期患者
（6）正在参加其他临床药物实验患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with other types of ovarian cysts, benign or malignant ovarian tumors, or other malignancies
(2) Surgical patients with endometriosis undergoing total uterus plus double adnexectomy
(3) Patients with severe cardiovascular, hepatic, renal and haematopoietic diseases were included
(4) Allergy to experimental drugs
(5) Pregnant or lactating patients
(6) Patients being enrolled in other clinical drug experiments

研究将采用SAS程序按随机比例生成随机数字表。经过入选评价后，每个符合标准的对象将获得一个随机数，根据随机分配表，病人按1:1:1分配到中西医结合治疗组、西药治疗组和中药治疗组。
