研究目的：

（1）探讨描述脑卒中后情感障碍的发生现状及其相关症状集群现象； （2）识别脑卒中后情感障碍相关症状群的不同亚组、内部特征和发展轨迹； （3）识别脑卒中后情感障碍相关症状群不同亚组的预测因素。  

Objectives of Study：

（1）to investigate prevalence of post-stroke affective disorders and its related symptom cluster. （2）to identify different subgroups, internal characteristic, and development trend of symptom cluster related to post-stroke affective disorders. （3）to determine factors associated with different subgroups of symptom cluster related to post-stroke affective disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合脑卒中诊断标准，经头部CT或MRI影像学诊断确诊为脑出血或脑梗死；
（2）年龄≥18 岁
（3）卒中发病在1周内；
（4）入院时意识清晰，病情平稳，具有良好的理解力。

Inclusion criteria

（1）stroke patients disgnosed by CT or MR.
（2）age over 18.
（3）with stroke onset within one week.
（4）with clear consiousness, stable disease conditions, and good understanding when admitted to hospital.

排除标准：

（1）合并严重心、肺等器质性疾病或血液病、恶性肿瘤等疾病；
（2）严重认知功能障碍、听力障碍或重度失语等无法配合完成调查和评估者；
（3）既往器质性、功能性精神障碍；
（4）既往有神经退行性病变；
（5）长期服用可致精神障碍的药物或药物滥用者、毒品接触史等；
（6）近1年内有重大精神创伤史或随访期间发生其他严重的压力事件源；
（7）主动要求退出研究或失访者；
（8）病例资料收集不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）combined with serious heart, lung or other organic diseases, hematological diseases, or malignant tumor. etc.
（2）serious cognitive impariment, hearing impairment, or aphasia, etc that could not cooperate with the investigation or assessment.
（3）with medical history of oganic or functional mental disorders.
（4）with medical history of neurodegenerative disease.
（5）with long-term administration of medicine that could lead to mental disorders, substance abuse, or contact history of drugs.
（6）with history of major mental trauma, or suffer from serious stressful events during follow-ups.
（7）withdraw from the study at patients' own initiative, or loss to follow-ups.
（8）with imcomplete medical records.
