研究目的：

探讨生长激素(GH)是否改善接受体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子注射(IVF/ICSI)的高龄妇女的妊娠结局。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether growth hormone (GH) can improve the pregnancy outcome of elderly women who receive in vitro fertilization / intracytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF / ICSI).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.首次计划行IVF/ICSI的不孕妇女
2.年龄35-42岁
3.在过去2个月未曾使用GH

Inclusion criteria

1.Infertile women planning IVF / ICSI for the first time
2.Age: 35-42 years old
3.GH has not been used in the past 2 months

排除标准：

1.患者AMH < 0.2 ng/ml
2.患者不能或者不愿意参加试验
3.患有禁止使用GH疾病的患者，如糖尿病、严重的系统性感染、活动性肿瘤等
4.同时参与其他临床研究

Exclusion criteria：

1.AMH <0.2 ng/mL
2.Patients unable or unwilling to participate in the trial
3.Patients with GH prohibited diseases, such as diabetes, severe systemic infections, active tumors, etc
4.Patients participating in other clinical studies at the same time

在患者入周促排前一个月的月经D2-D3开始使用长效生长激素（金赛增，54IU/ml/9.0mg/瓶，长春金赛药业），每周1次，每次18IU，共注射6次左右，如需短期补充GH至HCG日，则使用短效粉针剂4IU/天（赛增，4.0IU/1.33mg/1.0ml/瓶，长春金赛药业）进行治疗。

Patients receiving GH are going to be administered 18 IU/week sc on Day2 or Day3 of the previous menstrual cycle before IVF. After about 6 administrations, patients can receive 4 IU/day GH sc until HCG injection.
