纳入标准：

1.研究时间段内所有在益阳市妇幼保健院内接受临床全基因组测序的新生儿，包括无症状“正常”新生儿及各种原因患病新生儿；
2.监护人签署科研知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. All neonates receiving clinical whole genome sequencing in Hospital of Yiyang Maternity and Child Care during the study period;
2. The guardian signs the informed consent for scientific research.

排除标准：

1.监护人不同意参加此研究；
2.全基因组测序数据质量不合格的样本。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The guardian does not agree to participate in this study;
2. Samples with unqualified whole genome sequencing data quality.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This project will build a comprehensive data circulation platform, conduct data signature based on blockchain, modern cryptography and other technologies, match genetic data with clinical data one by one, and track data use through block storage, so as to ensure that data can be traced and audited, and not be tampered with.
