研究目的：

通过构建孕期体重管理微信平台，对孕妇实施个体化、连续性孕期体重管理的服务，旨在促进孕妇控制体重处于适宜范围，降低母婴并发症，促进良好分娩结局和母婴健康，进而为孕期健康保健的信息化管理以及健康教育提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the construction of the WeChat platform of pregnancy weight management, the service of individualized and continuous pregnancy weight management is implemented for pregnant women, aiming to promote the weight control of pregnant women to be within the appropriate range, reduce maternal and infant complications, promote good delivery outcomes and maternal and infant health, and thus provide new ideas for the information management and health education of pregnancy health care.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）产科首诊经B超确诊单胎妊娠且胎儿发育正常的初产妇；（2）18岁≤年龄＜35岁；（3）在海南医学院第一附属医院产科门诊建档（孕12周-14周）；（4）在孕期愿意且熟练使用具有微信功能的智能手机；（5）同意参与本研究；（6）理解力正常，能够配合本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Primigravida with a singleton pregnancy with normal fetal development confirmed by ultrasound at the first obstetric consultation; (2) 18 years old ≤ age < 35 years old; (3) Registered in the outpatient clinic of the Obstetrics Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College (12-14 weeks of pregnancy); (4) Willing and proficient in using a smartphone with WeChat function during pregnancy; (5) Volunteering to participate in this study; (6) Having normal comprehension and able to cooperate with this study.

排除标准：

（1）胎儿畸形，合并妊娠并发症及合并症，有过习惯性流产、死胎、子痫前期等异常产科病史；（2）有家族性肥胖、高血压、糖尿病者；（3）参与其他专业人员引导的微信平台；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Fetal malformation, complicated with pregnancy complications and comorbidities, history of recurrent abortion, stillbirth, preeclampsia and other obstetric abnormalities; (2) Familial obesity, hypertension and diabetes; (3) Participating in the WeChat platform guided by other professionals.
