研究目的：

通过提升儿童的自我控制水平，结合幼儿园-家庭的健康教育，促进儿童形成健康的能量平衡相关行为，进而改善体格指标，达到肥胖预防的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of our study is to examine the efficacy of interventions for early prevention and control of childhood obesity by adopting kindergarten-based interventions for EBERs change and improvement of general and food-related self-regulation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

我们将针对个人(儿童)、家庭(照顾者)和幼儿园环境(教师和保健医生)开展量身定制的活动。对儿童个人主要采用“健康课程+家庭任务+自我管理活动”的形式进行干预，对于家庭照顾者采用“家庭讲座或育儿小贴士+家庭膳食指南”的形式进行干预，对于幼儿园环境(教师和保健医生)采用“教师培训”的形式进行归干预 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

We will carry out the tailored activities to the individual (children), family (caregivers), and kindergarten environments (teachers and health care doctors).Chilidren:"Child health course+Family health challenge tasks+Self-improvement of children";Caregivers:"Parenting lectures, health knowledge tips+Family dietary guidance";Teachers or health care doctors:Teacher training". The comprehensive interventions are expected to jointly contribute to the improvement of health knowledge, EBRBs practice, and the self-regulation level in children.  

纳入标准：

所有江汉区幼儿园都符合要求，所以小班的孩子都可以参与，参与前取得监护人的同意

Inclusion criteria

All state-funded kindergartens in Jianghan District of Wuhan are eligible for inclusion. All preschoolers in the junior class are eligible to participate. The children will be finally included in the research upon the receival of the signed informed consent forms from their guardians.

排除标准：

有严重的身体或精神疾病以至于不能接受本项目的干预措施

Exclusion criteria：

Children with severe physical or mental illnesses from the subject classes will receive the appropriate measures if any, yet their data are not to be included in the final analysis.
