研究目的：

探讨注射用磷丙泊酚二钠在门诊无痛诊疗及全麻中的应用，分析其安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the application of phosphopropofol disodium for injection in outpatient painless diagnosis and treatment and general anesthesia, and to analyze its safety and effectiveness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）择期行短小全麻手术的患者，ASA I-III级；
（2）年龄18-80岁；
（3）BMI 18-30 kg/m2；
（4）无严重心肺疾病；
（5）沟通交流正常，自愿受试并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients undergoing elective short general anesthesia, ASA I-III;
(2) 18-80 years old;
(3) BMI 18-30 kg/m2;
(4) No serious heart and lung diseases;
(5) Normal communication, voluntary subjects and informed consent signed

排除标准：

（1）严重的呼吸循环神经系统疾病：如合并严重的冠状动脉粥样硬化，心力衰竭，心肌梗死、呼衰等基础疾病，心率<50bpm或>120bpm，收缩压<90mmHg或>140mmHg;
（2）精神心理疾病：如精神分裂、抑郁症等；
（3）有滥用麻醉性镇痛药或镇静药者、对任何麻醉剂、阿片类等药物过敏或超敏史；
（4）合并明显的肝肾功能异常；
（5）预测可能发生或曾发生困难气道者；
（6）凝血功能障碍者；
（7）既往有异常手术麻醉恢复史者；
（8）妊娠或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Serious respiratory circulatory nervous system diseases: such as severe coronary atherosclerosis, heart failure, myocardial infarction, respiratory failure and other basic diseases, heart rate <50bpm or >120bpm, systolic blood pressure <90mmHg or >140mmHg;

(2) mental and psychological diseases: such as schizophrenia, depression, etc.;

(3) a person who has abused narcotic analgesics or sedatives, or has a history of allergy or hypersensitivity to any anesthetic, opioid or other drugs;

(4) complicated with obvious liver and kidney dysfunction;

(5) Predicting the possibility or history of difficult airway;

(6) people with coagulation disorder;

(7) Patients with a history of recovery from abnormal surgical anesthesia;

(8) Pregnancy or lactation.
