研究目的：

探究胰酶制剂能够否改善服用全肠内营养克罗恩患者的腹泻症状，及对疾病缓解、患者营养状况的改善作用  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether pancreatic enzyme preparation can improve diarrhea symptoms of crohn's patients taking total enteral nutrition, and its effect on disease remission and nutritional status improvement

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄为１８～75岁；
2) 根据《炎症性肠病诊断与治疗的共识意见》中推荐的CD诊断要点（影像学、内镜及活组织病理检查特征、临床表现）确诊为ＣＤ；
3) 入组时患者的血清Ｃ反应蛋白（ＣＲＰ）≥１０ｍｇ／Ｌ、克罗恩病活动性指数（ＣＤＡＩ）＞１５０且＜４００；
4) 存在营养不良风险，营养风险筛查评分简表评分＞３分；
5) 接受全肠内营养治疗有腹泻症状；
6) 同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged between 18 and 75;
2) The diagnosis of CD was confirmed according to the key points of CD diagnosis (imaging, endoscopy and biopsy characteristics and clinical manifestations) recommended in the Consensus Opinion on diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease ;
3) Serum C-reactive protein (CRP) ≥10mg/L and Crohn's disease activity index (CDAI) > 150 and < 400 at the time of enrollment;
4) There is a risk of malnutrition, and the nutritional risk screening Score on the Abbreviated Scale is > 3;
5) Diarrhea symptoms after receiving total enteral nutrition treatment;
6) Agree to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1) 有肠梗阻症状；
2) 近６个月内有手术史；
3) 患有代谢性疾病如糖尿病等；
4) 近６个月内曾接受ＥＮ治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Symptoms of intestinal obstruction;
2) Surgical history within the last 6 months;
3) suffering from metabolic diseases such as diabetes;
4) Have received EN treatment in the last 6 months.
