研究目的：

本研究通过对踝关节周围肌群和髋关节内收、外展肌群等速肌肉力量训练，观察功能性踝关节不稳患者踝关节、髋关节周围肌肉力量、平衡能力和步态等三个方面机能特征，从而更加全面地为研究功能性踝关节不稳人群的机能特征和更有针对性的治疗及疗效评价提供客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, isokinetic muscle strength training of muscle groups around the ankle joint and hip adduction and abductor muscle groups was used to observe the functional characteristics of muscle strength, balance ability and gait around the ankle joint and hip joint in patients with functional ankle instability, so as to provide an objective basis for more comprehensive study of the functional characteristics of people with functional ankle instability and more targeted treatment and efficacy evaluation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①单踝扭伤，抽屉试验及内翻应力试验未发现有明显结构上的不稳定，性别不限，年龄大于18岁；
②过去１年内单侧踝关节至少有１次明显的踝关节外侧扭伤病史，受伤后出现肿胀或疼痛从而导致此脚无法正常承重，功能活动中踝关节有失控感；
③最近1次踝关节扭伤发生在参与研究3个月以前；
④下肢及踝关节无其他重大伤害，如骨折、手术等；
⑤Cumberland踝关节不稳问卷(Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool, CAIT) 评分<24分；
⑥受伤脚踝未接受过康复治疗；
⑦意识清楚，依从性好，能完成规定测量动作；
⑧自愿参加此次研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Unilateral ankle sprain, drawer test and varus stress test found no obvious structural instability, gender is not limited, older than 18 years;
2. Unilateral ankle joint at least one obvious history of lateral ankle sprain in the past 1 year, swelling or pain after injury resulting in the foot can not bear weight normally, the ankle joint has a sense of loss of control during functional activities;
3. The last ankle sprain occurred 3 months before participating in the study;
4. The lower limbs and ankle joint have no other major injuries, such as fractures, surgery, etc.;
5. Cumberland Ankle Instability Questionnaire (CAIT) score < 24 points;
6. The injured ankle has not received rehabilitation treatment;
7. Clear consciousness, good compliance, can complete the specified measurement movements;
8. Voluntarily participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①双侧踝关节都发生过严重扭伤；
②下肢骨折或手术病史；
③踝关节距骨倾斜试验、前抽屉试验阳性者，用于排除机械性踝关节不稳；
④患有其他影响到肌力、步态、平衡的神经系统性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe ankle sprain;
2. History of lower limb fracture or surgery;
3. Ankle joint tilt table test, anterior drawer test positive, used to rule out mechanical ankle instability;
4. Suffering from other neurological diseases affecting muscle strength, gait, balance.
