研究目的:

主要目的:对比葡萄糖酸氯己定与络合碘在经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除患者术前鼻腔去定植效果; 次要目的:对比葡萄糖酸氯己定与络合碘在经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除患者鼻腔去定植后颅内感染发生率。  

Objectives of Study:

The main purpose:To compare the effect of chlorhexidine gluconate and iodine complex on nasal desplanting in patients with pituitary tumor resection by transsphenoidal approach A secondary purpose:The incidence of intracranial infection was compared between chlorhexidine gluconate and iodine complex in patients with transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

0.2%葡萄糖氯己定以葡萄糖洗必泰为主要有效成分,葡萄糖洗必泰含量为0.2%±0.02%。 络合碘以碘为主要有效成分,有效碘含量为1000mg。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

Chlorhexidine is the main active component of chlorhexidine, and the content of chlorhexidine is 0.2%±0.02%. The main active component of complex iodine is iodine, and the content of available iodine is 1000mg. 

纳入标准:

1. 年龄在18岁以上,性别不限;
2.手术方式为经鼻蝶入路手术;
3.头颅MRI扫描或垂体MRI增强扫描,病理学确认;
4.患者认知、沟通能力正常,可以完成相关问卷的调查;
5.知情同意并愿意参与本研究;

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18 or older, regardless of gender
2.The operative method was transnasal sphenoidal approach
3.Head MRI scan or pituitary MRI enhanced scan, pathological confirmation
4.The patient's cognitive and communication skills were normal and she could complete the relevant questionnaire
5.Informed consent and willingness to participate in the study.

排除标准:

1. 既往已行经鼻蝶入路各类手术;
2. 目前存在颅内感染及其他近期感染性疾病患者;
3. 放化疗患者、自身免疫性疾病;
4. 对氯己定,碘,酒精过敏者,或严重过敏体质;
5.现患有副鼻窦炎患者及鼻腔感染者。
6. 因智力或精神状况等原因不能配合;

Exclusion criteria:

1.He has undergone various operations through transnasal sphenoidal approach in the past.
2.There are patients with intracranial infection and other recent infectious diseases.
3.Radiation and chemotherapy patients, autoimmune diseases;
4.Allergic to chlorhexidine, iodine, alcohol, or severe allergic constitution;
5.Patients with paranasal sinusitis and nasal infection.
6.Unable to cooperate due to intelligence or mental condition;

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

设计病例报告表(CRF表格),临床研究资料录入CRF表格;数据录入必须保证数据的准确性,即数据库中的数据必须和CRF上的一致,每一份CRF应由两位数据录入人员独立录入数据库,再用软件对两份结果进行一致性检验,若有不一致,需查出原因加以更正。数据分析采用非劣效性试验进行统计分析。

Case report forms (CRF forms) were designed and clinical study data were entered into CRF forms; data entry must ensure data accuracy, that is, the data in the database must be consistent with those on the CRF, and each CRF should be entered into the database independently by two data entry personnel, and then the software was used to test the consistency of the two results, and if there were inconsistencies, the causes needed to be identified and corrected. Data analysis was performed using a non-inferiority test for statistical analysis.
