研究目的：

1. 建立儿童EBV-HLH队列，积累病例及样本资源。 2. 筛选EBV-HLH分子标志物。 3. 构建儿童EBV-HLH早期预警模型和重症化风险评估模型。 4. EBV-HLH儿童近远期健康管理。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To build up a cohort for pediatric Epstein-Barr virus-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (EBV-HLH); accumulate research resources. 2. To find out the biomarkers for Epstein-Barr virus-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. 3. To construct the early warning and severity evaluation model for Epstein-Barr virus-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. 4. To build up a health management platform for pediatric Epstein-Barr virus-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. EBV队列：18周岁以下，EBV血清抗体检测结果或核酸载量提示为EBV急性感染或CAEBV。
2. EBV-HLH队列：18周岁以下，EBV血清抗体检测结果或核酸载量提示为EBV急性感染或CAEBV，满足HLH-2004的HLH诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. EBV cohort: <= 18 years old; confirmed EBV acute infection or CAEBV through serological or EBDNA tests.
2. EBV-HLH cohort: <= 18 years old; confirmed EBV acute infection or CAEBV; meet the HLH-2004 diagnostic criteria.

排除标准：

1. EBV队列排除标准：EBV感染证据不充分。
2. EBV-HLH队列排除标准：EBV感染证据不充分，或诊断数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. EBV cohort: insufficient evidence for EBV infection.
2. EBV-HLH cohort: insufficient evidence for EBV infection; or missing original diagnose record.
