研究目的：

1.明确脉息术为指导原则下的针刺治疗偏头痛的临床疗效； 2.验证脉息比可以作为评价偏头痛病情严重程度的评价标准； 3.制定脉息比的比值变化对临床疗效的评价标准  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the clinical efficacy of acupuncture under the guiding principle of Pulse-Breath Ratio Modality in the treatment of migraine; 2. Verify that Pulse-Breath Ratio Modality can be used as an evaluation standard to evaluate the severity of migraine; 3. Formulate the evaluation criteria of the change of Pulse-Breath Ratio Modality on clinical efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①18岁≤年龄≤65岁；
②符合无先兆性偏头痛、先兆性偏头痛的诊断标准；
③近3个月，每月发作次数大于或等于2次；
④有半年以上偏头痛病史；
⑤患者本人签署或由其直系亲属代签知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①men or women 18 to 65 years old
②accord?with?the?standard?of?diagnosis?of?the migraine?with?and?without?aura
③experience of acute migraine attacks at a frequency of 2 and more than 2 times per month 3 months before inclusion;
④experience of migraine attacks for at least 1 year;
④provision of written, in formed consent by the patients.

排除标准：

①存在器质性疾病引起的头痛，如：蛛网膜下腔出血、脑出血、脑栓塞、脑血栓形成、血管畸形、动脉炎、高血压或动脉硬化；
②存在神经系统疾病、免疫缺陷、出血性疾病或其他疾病；
③近4周服用预防偏头痛的药物；
④孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
⑤正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with any of the following conditions were excluded: headache caused by organic disorders (eg, subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral embolism, cerebral thrombosis, vascular malformation, arteritis, hypertension, or arteriosclerosis);
②the presence of neurological diseases, immunodeficiency, bleeding disorders, or allergies;
③prophylactic headache treatment with drugs during the previous 4 weeks;
④pregnancy, lactation
⑤ involvement in other clinical trials.

对符合纳入标准的患者，首先根据脉息比的数值对患者进行分层（少气、脉躁、平人），每一层采用中心随机方法，由宁夏少数民族重点回医药试验室研究中心承担。少气层与脉燥层均按照1:1:1:1:1的比例分配到本层的5组，每组27人；平人层按照1:1:1的比例分配到本层的3组，每组18人（少气、脉躁、平人）。按照申请随机编码流程获得随机号码，直到完成总观察例数后结束试验。

鉴于针灸操作的特殊性，因此本临床研究采用3个层次的盲法：盲病人；盲评价者；盲统计者。

Acupuncturists could not be blinded to the treatment assignments given the nature of the interventions. Outcome assessors, data collectors, and statisticians were blinded to the treatment allocation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由课题数据管理中心与本课题组共同负责本项目的数据管理。课题组提出数据管理和统计要求，数据管理中心按照课题提出的要求制定相关计划。采用Excel文件进行原始数据的录入，录入后对数据进行核查，并设有稽查员对原始数据与已录入的电子文档进行一一核对，并进行双人双份的录入。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The statistical analysis is completed by a third-party statistical professional who does not know the grouping. The statistical software is proposed to use spss22 0 Sort out the clinical data of cases, establish Excel database, and analyze the classified data with accurate probability method or chi square test. The data shall be tested by normality test and variance homogeneity test. If the requirements are met, the independent sample t-test shall be used to compare the groups. If the requirements are not met, the Wilcoxon rank sum test shall be used to compare the sample mean between the groups. Wilcoxon rank sum test (corrected) or Kruskal Wallis test for multi group comparison were used to compare the grade data between groups. The comparison between multiple time points was tested by repeated determination analysis of variance. P < 0.05 means the difference is statistically significant.
