Objectives of Study：

The neural mechanism of delirium based on functional near infrared spectroscopy was analyzed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

65-90岁术后老年患者。

Inclusion criteria

Postoperative elderly patients aged 65-90 years.

排除标准：

1.既往有明确中枢神经疾患、精神病史、癫痫病史及行神经外科手术的患者；
2.语言沟通或听力、视力障碍，无法完成谵妄评估的患者；
3.长期应用镇静剂或其他精神方面用药及酒精滥用者；
4.术前MMSE≤23分。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a clear history of central nervous disorder, mental illness, epilepsy and neurosurgery;
2. Patients with speech communication or hearing and vision impairment who cannot complete the delirium evaluation;
3. Chronic use of sedatives or other psychotropic drugs and alcohol abuse;
4. Preoperative MMSE<=23 points.
