研究目的：

通过本次研究，观察几丁糖丹参混合剂治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕长期临床效果，观察不同分组在提供输卵管再通率及受孕率的量效关系，探讨混合剂的最佳混合比例及有效治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Through this study, to observe the long-term clinical effect of chitosan salviorrhiza mixture in the treatment of tubal obstructive infertility, observe the dose-effect relationship between different groups in providing tubal recurrence rate and pregnancy rate, explore the optimal mixing ratio of the mixture and effective treatment of tubal obstructive infertility methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.育龄期妇女，年龄22—45岁；
2.经妇科和B超检查、腹腔镜或输卵管造影显示仅有输卵管峡部或间质部阻塞，无输卵管伞端粘连、积水。

Inclusion criteria

1. Women of childbearing age, aged 22-45 years;
2. Gynecological examination, B-ultrasound examination, laparoscopy or salpingography showed that only the isthmus or interstitium of the fallopian tube was blocked, and there was no adhesion or hydrops at the tubal end.

排除标准：

1.生殖器、盆腔感染急性期，先天性生理缺陷或畸形、遗传因素、内分泌或免疫因素所致不孕；
2.有子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌瘤、子宫发育不良、生殖器或盆腔结核；
3.男方生殖系统功能异常；
4.对所使用药物过敏；
5.不能按规定用药治疗或资料不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute genital and pelvic infection, congenital physiological defects or malformations, infertility caused by genetic factors, endocrine or immune factors;
2. Patients with endometriosis, uterine fibroids, uterine dysplasia, genital or pelvic tuberculosis;
3. Abnormal function of the male reproductive system;
4. Allergic to the drugs used;
5. Medication cannot be prescribed or the data is incomplete.
