研究目的：

研究穴位埋线对腹型肥胖患者的疗效，同时进行穴位埋线治疗安全性的评估。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of Catgut Embedding at acupoints on abdominal obesity patients, and to evaluate the safety of Catgut Embedding at acupoints.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 体重指数( BMI) ≥25kg /cm2，男性腰围≥90cm，女性腰围≥80cm，确诊为单纯性腹型肥胖的患者；
(2) 年龄20-45岁之间，性别不限；
(3) 自愿参加本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Body mass index (BMI)>= 25kg/cm2, Male waist circumference >= 90cm,Female waist circumference >= 80cm, Patients diagnosed as simple abdominal obesity;
(2) Age between 20 and 45 years, no gender restriction;
(3) Voluntary participation in this trial and signature of informed consent.

排除标准：

(1) 妊娠或正准备妊娠的妇女，哺乳期妇女，更年期月经紊乱的患者。
(2) 近3个月内服用过各种减肥药物或进行其他任何减肥治疗的患者。
(3) 有糖尿病，重大心、脑、肝、肾等器质性疾病，感染性疾病，血液系统疾病，精神疾病患者。
(4) 据研究者的判断、具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变，或工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的情况。
(5) 同时参与其他临床试验的患者。
(6) 过敏体质，对动物蛋白过敏者。
(7) 既往接受过穴位埋线治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or pregnant women,lactating women,menopausal patients with menstrual disorders.
(2) Patients who have taken various weight-loss drugs or any other weight-loss treatment in the past three months.
(3) Patients with diabetes mellitus, major organic diseases such as heart,brain,liver and kidney,infectious diseases, diseases of the blood system and mental diseases.
(4) According to the judgement of the researcher, other pathological changes that reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate enrollment, or frequent changes in the working environment are likely to result in lost visits.
(5) Patients participating in other clinical trials at the same time.
(6) allergy to animal protein allergy.
(7) Past acupoint catgut embedding therapy.

随机化序列由新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院医学研究设计与数据处理中心的第三方机构产生，选用SAS9.4版统计软件(seed=7344)产生包括受试者编号，54个随机数字和随机分组组别的分配序列表作为盲底交由研究者保存。

The randomized sequence was generated by the third party organization of the medical research design and data processing center of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Chinese medicine hospital. SAS9.4 version statistical software (seed=7344) was used to generate the distribution sequence including the number of subjects.

要求入组患者之前从未接受过穴位埋线治疗，每次埋线治疗均由助手为埋线操作者准备针具，彼此工作区域相对独立，以使操作者、患者均不知套管针内是否装有可吸收外科缝线，从而实现患者和操作者的双盲。

The data shall be collated and checked within 3 months after the completion of the test, and then uploaded with EXCEL form.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集： （1）为了保证数据的可溯源性，每例病例均应完成纸质版CRF。 （2）完成的病例报告表由临床研究者和监查员审查后，交数据统计单位，进行数据录入与管理工作。所有过程均需记录。 （3）纸质病例报告表经收集后会检查其完整性。缺失的数据应由研究员完成或在其上添加注释。 （4）病例报告表上的数据将被输入研究数据库并验证。 数据管理： （1）建立专用数据库。 （2）病例观察表检查、录入、修改将进行及时登记，原始文件保存在针灸科。 （3）数据录入采用双人双机独立录入法，数据录入前，录入员进行培训、考核。由第三人检查数据的一致性，出具一致性检查报告，根据报告再次检查，以确保数据真实可靠。 （4）按照各类人员在数据库中的分配权限，所有操作均能溯源。 数据库锁定： 试验结束时数据由研究者、监督者、统计师三方参加对数据进行核查，确认数据无误后数据管理员对数据进行锁定供统计分析用。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: (1) in order to ensure the traceability of data, paper CRF should be completed for each case. (2) the completed case report form shall be reviewed by clinical researchers and supervisors, and then submitted to the data statistics unit for data entry and management. All processes shall be recorded. (3) the paper case report form will be checked for completeness after collection. Missing data should be completed by the investigator or commented on. (4) the data on the case report form will be input into the research database and verified. Data management: (1) establish a special database. (2) the examination, entry and modification of the case observation form will be registered in time, and the original documents will be kept in the Acupuncture Department. (3) data entry adopts the independent entry method of two persons and two computers. Before data entry, the entry personnel shall conduct training and assessment. The third party shall check the consistency of the data, issue the consistency inspection report, and recheck according to the report to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the data. (4) all operations can be traced according to the authority assigned by all kinds of personnel in the database. Database lock:At the end of the experiment, the data will be checked by researchers, supervisors and statisticians, and the data administrator will lock the data for statistical analysis after confirming that the data is correct.
