研究目的：

观察小儿肝移植术中不同时段泵注前列地尔对CC16蛋白、术后停留儿童重症监护室（PICU）时间、呼吸机机械通气时间、术后肺部并发症的影响，探讨前列地尔对肝移植患儿肺功能及患儿预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of infusion of alprostadil at different times during pediatric liver transplantation on CC16 protein, postoperative stay in children's intensive care unit (PICU), mechanical ventilation time of ventilator, and postoperative pulmonary complications, and to explore the effect of alprostadil on liver Lung function and prognosis of transplanted children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

首次肝移植、无严重心律失常、心功能分级II或III级、肝功能 Child-Pugh 分级B或C级、获得患儿监护人同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The first liver transplant, no serious arrhythmia, cardiac function class II or III, liver function Child-Pugh class B or C, obtained the consent of the child's guardian, and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

二次肝移植、多器官联合移植、严重呼吸系统疾病，患儿家属拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

The family of the child refused the second liver transplant, combined multi-organ transplant, and severe respiratory disease.
