研究目的：

本研究由宫颈疾病专科医师联合心理专科医师，利用智能化信息技术设计具有针对性的“早期快速识别-专业心理干预治疗-后续随访管理”一体化干预措施，通过前瞻性病例对照研究，完成临床有效性、安全性评价。本研究拟创建针对性强的系统性心理干预管理模式，评估心理干预对宫颈癌预防的价值，为肿瘤防治提供新思路，促进“生理-心理-社会”医学模式的发展。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, cervical disease specialists and psychological specialists designed targeted integrated intervention measures of "early rapid identification - professional psychological intervention treatment - follow-up management" by using intelligent information technology. Through prospective case-control study, the clinical effectiveness and safety evaluation were completed. This study intends to establish a targeted and systematic psychological intervention management model, evaluate the value of psychological intervention on cervical cancer prevention, provide new ideas for tumor prevention and promote the development of "physiological psychological social" medical model.

纳入标准：

①21岁～60岁有性生活，经HPV分型检测提示宫颈部位同一高危型别HPV（包括单一型别感染和/或多重型别）持续感染≥1年的患者；
②初次高危型别HPV阳性；
③PHQ-9或GAD-7≥5分且心理科评估诊断为情绪障碍患者；
④宫颈细胞学检查未见异常细胞；
⑤阴道镜检查提示无需宫颈活检或经活检排除外阴、阴道、宫颈癌前病变或癌的患者；
⑥性伴侣固定、无冶游史；
⑦研究期间暂无生育计划，能坚持使用避孕套；
⑧既往无神经精神性疾病、严重系统疾病及慢性病；
⑨近1年内家庭无重大生活事件发生；
⑩表达和理解能力正常并对本研究知情同意；
?临床资料完整，随诊可靠。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients aged 21-60 years who have sex and have HPV typing tests indicate that the same high-risk type of HPV (including single type infection and / or multiple types) in the cervical region has been continuously infected for more than 1 year;
② The first high-risk type of HPV was positive;
③ Patients with PHQ-9 or GAD-7 ≥ 5 points and diagnosed as emotional disorder by psychological evaluation;
④ No abnormal cells were found in cervical cytology;
⑤ Patients whose colposcopy indicates that cervical biopsy is not required or whose vulva, vagina, cervical precancerous lesions or cancer are excluded by biopsy;
⑥ The sexual partner is fixed and has no history of sexual intercourse;
⑦ During the study period, there was no family planning, and they could use condoms consistently;
⑧ No previous neuropsychiatric disease, serious systemic disease and chronic disease;
⑨ No major life events occurred in the family in the past 1 year;
⑩ Normal expression and understanding ability and informed consent to the study;
? The clinical data were complete and the follow-up was reliable.

排除标准：

①合并神经精神性疾病家族史；
②认知障碍；
③合并生殖道感染；
④既往患有外阴、阴道、宫颈癌前病变或癌；
⑤既往患有生殖道湿疣；
⑥既往宫颈物理治疗史；
⑦既往宫颈手术史；
⑧合并其他器官肿瘤；
⑨合并免疫系统疾病或服用免疫抑制药物；
⑩合并未控制的甲状腺疾病、糖尿病等重要脏器疾病；
?吸烟史；
?饮酒史；
?不能完成定期随访复查；
?妊娠、哺乳期妇女。
?有HPV疫苗接种史。

Exclusion criteria：

① Family history of neuropsychiatric diseases;
② Cognitive impairment;
③ Complicated with genital tract infection;
④ Previous precancerous lesions or cancer of vulva, vagina and cervix;
⑤ Previous genital warts;
⑥ Previous cervical physical therapy history;
⑦ Previous cervical surgery history;
⑧ Combined with other organ tumors;
⑨ Complicated with immune system disease or taking immunosuppressive drugs;
⑩ Complicated with uncontrolled thyroid disease, diabetes and other important organ diseases;
? Smoking history;
? Drinking history;
? Unable to complete regular follow-up and reexamination;
? Pregnant and lactating women.
? Have a history of HPV vaccination.
