研究目的：

评价“调神止痛”针刺法治疗偏头痛的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the therapeutic effect of "Tiaoshen zhitong" acupuncture on migraine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

⑴符合诊断标准，经头颅CT或MRI检查未见异常的患者；
⑵18岁≤年龄≤60岁，首次发病年龄小于50岁；
⑶每月至少发作2次，每月头痛天数少于15天，偏头痛病史≥1年；
⑷患者本人或家属同意，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

⑴ Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria, and no abnormality is found through head CT or MRI;
⑵ 18 ≤ 60 years old, and the age of first onset is less than 50 years old;
⑶ At least 2 attacks per month, less than 15 days of headache per month, and migraine history ≥ 1 year;
⑷ The patient or his family members agree to sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

⑴头痛是由其他疾病引起的（如高血压、癫痫等）
⑵妊娠或哺乳期妇女
⑶合并有心血管、泌尿系统、消化系统、血液系统等严重原发性疾病患者
⑷合并有认知障碍、失语、失读等症状的患者
⑸无法配合治疗或正确填写量表的患者
⑹酗酒或药物滥用者。

Exclusion criteria：

⑴Headache is caused by other diseases (such as hypertension, epilepsy, etc.)
⑵Pregnant or lactating women
⑶Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, urinary, digestive and blood systems
⑷Patients with cognitive impairment, aphasia, dyslexia and other symptoms
⑸Patients unable to cooperate with treatment or fill in the scale correctly
⑹Alcohol or drug abusers

随机数字由PSS21.0软件生成，并密封在不透光的信封中。患者将随机选择一个密封不透光的信封，信封上的序列将由指定人员记录在病例报告表中（CRF）。

Random numbers are generated by SPSS21.0 software and sealed in an opaque envelope. The patient will randomly select an airtight envelope, and the sequence on the envelope will be recorded in the case report form (CRF) by the designated person.
