探讨社区产后访视联合中西医结合治疗对预防产后抑郁的效果  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of postpartum visits in community combined with integrated Chinese and Western medicine on preventing postpartum depression

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）纳入分析的患者符合产后抑郁的诊断标准；
（2）单胎、无并发症妊娠的孕妇，或有6周至18个月大孩子的孕妇；
（3）使用爱丁堡产后抑郁量表（EPDS）测定产妇幸福感。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients included in the analysis met the diagnostic criteria of postpartum depression;
(2) They included pregnant women with a single fetus and an uncomplicated pregnancy or women who had a child aged between 6 weeks and 18 months;
(3) Maternal well-being was determined using the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Score (EPDS).

排除标准：

（1）二胎及以上产妇；
（2）家族精神病史；
（3）服用抗抑郁类药物者；
（4）高危产妇；
（5）合并其它并发症产妇。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Two or more previous birthsis;
(2) No history of psychiatric illness in the family;
(3) Taking antidepressants;
(4) High-risk parturients;
(5) Maternal with other complications.
