研究目的：

1.了解老年髋部骨折患者术后再骨折危险因素，筛选设计资料调查表； 2.回顾性研究收集老年髋部骨折患者术后再骨折的风险指标数据，构建基于autogluon自动机器学习算法的8种机器学习模型和经典logistic回归模型； 3.前瞻性研究追踪研究对象术后1年内是否再骨折，评价9种预测模型的预测能力，并确定最优预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To understand the risk factors for postoperative refracture in elderly patients with hip fracture, and to screen the design data questionnaire; 2. In a retrospective study, the risk index data of postoperative refracture in elderly patients with hip fracture were collected, and eight machine learning models and classical logistic regression models based on autogluon automatic machine learning algorithm were constructed; 3. The prospective study tracked whether the subjects had another fracture within one year after surgery, evaluated the predictive ability of nine predictive models, and determined the optimal predictive model.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥60岁；②股骨颈骨折、股骨粗隆间骨折、股骨粗隆下骨折等诊断明确的髋部骨折；③初次髋部骨折行手术治疗者；④意识清楚，能够进行正常交流；⑤有完整的临床资料和随访资料。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age≥ 60 years; 2. Femoral neck fractures, intertrochanteric fractures, subtrochanteric fractures, and other well-diagnosed hip fractures; 3. Those who undergo surgery for their first hip fracture; 4. Awareness is clear and able to communicate normally; 5. Complete clinical data and follow-up data are available.

排除标准：

①关节结核、肿瘤等疾病引起的病理性骨折；②髋部骨折术后由于各种原因行髋关节翻修术者；③髋部骨折由于身体基础条件差等原因行牵引等保守治疗者；④车祸、高坠等高能量损伤;⑤多发创伤,影响术后功能锻炼甚至截肢患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pathological fractures caused by joint tuberculosis, tumors, and other diseases; 2. Those who undergo hip revision surgery for various reasons after hip fracture surgery; 3. Those who undergo conservative treatment such as traction for hip fractures due to poor basic physical conditions; 4. High-energy injuries such as car accidents and high falls; 5. Multiple trauma, affecting postoperative functional exercise and even amputation patients.
