研究目的：

1. 探讨十六式陈式太极拳对老年慢性非特异性腰痛患者的治疗效果； 2. 比较不同频率陈式太极拳对老年慢性非特异性腰痛疼痛缓解的差异，明确更理想的太极拳运动剂量（频率）； 3. 探究心理因素（疼痛灾难化、正念）是否是介导太极拳干预效果的中介因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate Chen style tai chi chuan for elderly patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain; 2. To compare the effect of different frequency of Chen style tai chi chuan on senile chronic nonspecific low back pain relief, specifically more ideal taijiquan dose (frequency); 3. To explore the psychological factors (pain disaster Mindfulness) is mediated taijiquan intervention effect of intermediary factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 右利手；
2. 年龄在60岁以上；
3. 经临床检查明确诊断为非特异性腰痛；
4. 存在背部及腰骶部疼痛不适感，且疼痛症状持续时长至少三个月，每周疼痛症状至少3天；
5. 疼痛强度（VAS）评分>=4分；
6. 在过去的6个月中，未进行过有规律(每周至少3次，每次至少20分钟)的各种形式的运动锻炼；
7. MMSE评分＞24分；
8. 自愿参与本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Right-handed;
2. Above the age of 60;
3. Non-specific low back pain was confirmed by clinical examination;
4. Discomfort in the back and lumbosacral region with pain symptoms lasting for at least three months and at least three days per week;
5. Pain intensity (VAS) score >=4;
6. No regular (at least 3 times a week, at least 20 minutes each time) exercise of any kind in the past 6 months;
7. MMSE score > 24;
8. Voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 经影像和病理学检查诊断为脊柱侧凸、强制性脊柱炎、脊椎前移、严重腰椎间盘突出等；
2. 存在退行性疾病（例如阿尔茨海默氏症），已有确诊的急性或慢性的精神疾病或其他精神疾病；严重的神经紊乱；有癫痫史，癫痫家族史，>15分钟意识丧失史；
3. 听力或视力受损；
4. 已确诊为类风湿关节炎、纤维肌痛、痛风者；
5. 过去一年参加过其他临床试验且会影响本研究结局评价者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Imaging and pathological examination showed the diagnosis of scoliosis, compulsory spondylitis, anterior spine, severe lumbar disc herniation, etc.;
2. The presence of a degenerative disease (e.g. Alzheimer's disease), a diagnosed acute or chronic mental illness or other mental illness; A severe neurological disorder; History of epilepsy, family history of epilepsy, >15 minutes of loss of consciousness;
3. Impaired hearing or vision;
4. Patients who have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and gout;
5. Participants who participated in other clinical trials in the past year and would have affected the outcome of this study.
