研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨围手术期低体温对颅脑手术患者心室复极和室性心律失常的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of perioperative hypothermia on ventricular repolarization and ventricular arrhythmia in patients undergoing brain surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.签署知情同意书；
2.行择期颅脑手术全麻患者；
3.年龄18-60岁，ASA分级I-III级；
4.术前心肺功能、ECG及电解质正常。

Inclusion criteria

1. Sign informed consent;
2. Patients undergoing elective craniocerebral surgery under general anesthesia;
3. Aged 18-60 years, ASA grade I-III;
4. Preoperative cardiopulmonary function, ECG and electrolyte were normal.

排除标准：

1.患者拒绝；
2.术前服用延长QT间期药物（如抗心律失常药物β受体拮抗药抗抑郁药吩噻嗪类药等）；
3.合并糖尿病及其他内分泌疾病；
4.手术时间超过4小时。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient refused to participate in the trial;
2. Preoperative medication to prolong QT interval (such as antiarrhythmic drugs, β-receptor antagonists, antidepressants, phenothiazines, etc.);
3. Combined with diabetes mellitus and other endocrine diseases;
4. The operation lasted more than 4 hours.
