研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨围手术期低体温对颅脑手术患者心室复极和室性心律失常的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effect of perioperative hypothermia on ventricular repolarization and ventricular arrhythmia in patients undergoing craniocerebral surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

本研究获得本院医学伦理委员会批准并与患者签署知情同意书后，纳入行择期颅脑手术全麻患者40例，年龄18-60岁，ASA分级I-III级。术前心肺功能、ECG及电解质正常。

Inclusion criteria

After the study was approved by the medical ethics committee of Guiyang Second People's Hospital and signed informed consent with the patients, patients who underwent elective craniocerebral surgery under general anesthesia, aged 18-60 years old, were included in the ASA classification I-III. Cardiopulmonary function, ECG and electrolytes were normal before operation.

排除标准：

患者拒绝、术前服用延长QT间期药物（如抗心律失常药物β受体拮抗药抗抑郁药吩噻嗪类药等）、合并糖尿病及其他内分泌疾病、手术时间超过4小时。

Exclusion criteria：

The patient refused, taking preoperative drugs to prolong the QT interval (such as antiarrhythmic drugs β-receptor antagonists, antidepressants, phenothiazines, etc.), combined with diabetes and other endocrine diseases, and the operation time exceeded 4 hours.
