研究目的：

基于超声动态监测AGI患者胃肠功能状况，评估中医针灸治疗重症AGI患者的临床疗效，以期缩短重症AGI患者住院时间、降低获得性虚弱的发生率和患者病死率。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the dynamic monitoring of gastrointestinal function in patients with AGI by ultrasound, the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of severe AGI patients was evaluated, in order to shorten the hospitalization time, the incidence of acquired weakness and the mortality of patients with severe AGI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①18≤年龄≤80；
②符合急性胃肠损伤中I-III级的诊断标准；
③知情同意本研究的治疗方案；

Inclusion criteria

①18≤age≤80;
②Meet the diagnostic criteria of grades I-III in acute gastrointestinal injury;
③ Informed consent to the treatment plan of this study;

排除标准：

①18岁以下及80岁以上；
②ICU停留时间小于3天；
③孕妇及哺乳期妇女、近半年有生育要求者；
④存在晚期恶性肿瘤，预计寿命明显缩短的患者；
⑤存在严重消化系统疾病（如急性消化道大出血、机械性肠梗阻、腹部大手术、腹腔间隔室综合征），而无法经肠道给与标准治疗药物的患者；
⑥存在血流动力学不稳定，无法保证经肠道内给与标准治疗药物的患者；
⑦在本研究干预过程中，患者家属主动要求放弃治疗，并因此导致患者死亡的；
⑧针刺部位皮肤有破损，不宜进行针刺的患者；
⑨正在参加其他临床试验者；

Exclusion criteria：

①Below 18 years old and above 80 years old;
② ICU stay time is less than 3 days;
③ Pregnant women and lactating women, those who have childbearing requirements in the past six months;
④ Patients with advanced malignant tumors with significantly shortened life expectancy;
⑤ Patients with severe digestive system diseases (such as acute gastrointestinal bleeding, mechanical intestinal obstruction, major abdominal surgery, abdominal compartment syndrome) and cannot be given standard treatment drugs through the intestine;
⑥ Patients with unstable hemodynamics and cannot guarantee the standard treatment drugs given enterally;
⑦During the intervention of this study, the patient's family voluntarily requested to give up the treatment, which resulted in the death of the patient;
⑧ Patients who have damaged skin at the acupuncture site and are not suitable for acupuncture;
⑨ Those who are participating in other clinical trials;
