研究目的：

本研究拟比较瑞马唑仑和丙泊酚对行支气管镜诊疗患者肺通气的影响，探讨两组镇静方案的安全性和有效性，以期获得一个更优的支气管镜镇静方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to compare the effect of remimazolam and propofol on the ventilation of patients undergoing bronchoscopy, and evaluate the safety and efficacy of above-mentioned sedative strategies ,so as to explore a more appropriate solution of the sedation for the bronchoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄18～70岁，性别不限；
(2)ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级；
(3)18kg/m2 (4)符合中华医学会呼吸学分会发表的《诊断性可弯曲支气管镜应用指南（2008年）》适应症；
(5)预计支气管镜诊疗操作时间不超过1小时；
(6)咳嗽反射良好。
(7)清楚了解、自愿参加该研究，并由其本人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-70 years old regardless of gender;
(2) ASA class I-II;
(3) BMI 18-30 kg/m2;
(4)In line with the "Guidelines for the Application of diagnostic flexible bronchoscopy (2008)" published by Chinese Society of Respiratory Medicine;
(5)The operation time of bronchoscopy is expected to be less than 1 hour;
(6)Cough reflex is good;
(7) Patients who clearly understandvoluntarily participate and sign an informed consent .

排除标准：

(1)有严重的心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器的疾病；
(2)曾诊断为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合症；
(3)严重的上气道梗阻；
(4)活动性大咯血；
(5)心动过缓（HR<60次/min)；
(6)对研究药物过敏；
(7)无法沟通配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Serious diseases of the heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs;
(2)A previous diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea;
(3)Severe upper airway obstruction;
(4)Active massive hemoptysis;
(5)Bradycardia(HR<60 bpm）;
(6)Patients with allergy or contraindication to soy products, propofol, benzodiazepines, opioids;
(7)Patients who are unable to communicate with each other.
