特发性中枢性性早熟是否会促进眼球发育异常、导致儿童近视的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

Whether idiopathic central precocious puberty can promote abnormal eye development and lead to myopia in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

明确诊断为特发性中枢性性早熟且未经任何治疗的患儿。

Inclusion criteria

children who were definitely diagnosed as idiopathic central precocious puberty without any treatment.

排除标准：

存在其他内分泌系统或者其他器质性病变者；曾行眼部手术者；患有斜视、弱视等其他影响屈光发育疾病者；低浓度阿托品、离焦镜片等其他手段预防、治疗近视者；不同意参与本研究的人群及其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with other endocrine system or other organic diseases; Those who have undergone eye surgery; Those with strabismus, amblyopia and other diseases that affect refractive development; Myopia was treated by low concentration atropine, defocusing lens or other measures; Those who do not agree to participate in this study and other situations.
