研究目的:

1.基于视网膜血管特征及神经层厚度分析视网膜病变与血管性认知障碍的相关性; 基于相关的视网膜血管特征及神经层厚度建立DLA模型,并验证其在预测血管性认知障碍的有效性; 2.基于视网膜血管异常的深度学习技术预测眼底异常的健康受试者认知功能变化; 3.基于视网膜血管异常的深度学习技术预测脑卒中患者认知功能障碍的恢复;  

Objectives of Study:

1.The correlation between retinopathy and vascular cognitive impairment was analyzed based on retinal vascular characteristics and thickness of nerve layer DLA model was established based on relevant retinal vascular characteristics and thickness of nerve layer, and its effectiveness in predicting vascular cognitive impairment was verified. 2.Deep learning technology based on retinal vascular abnormalities predicted changes in cognitive function of healthy subjects with fundus abnormalities. 3.Deep learning based on retinal vascular abnormalities predicts the recovery of cognitive dysfunction in stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1. 年龄范围45 — 80岁;
2. 健康受试者或第一诊断为脑血管病(脑出血/脑梗死);
3. 卒中前无认知功能障碍表现;
4. 专科评估提示正常/轻中度认知障碍;
5. 受试者自愿参加课题项目并签署知情同意书,完成CRF;
6. 补充说明:尽量筛选病程≤1年的患者;

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 45-80 years old;
2. Health volunteer or the first diagnosis is cerebrovascular disease (cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction);
3. There were no signs of cognitive impairment before stroke;
4. Specialist assessment indicates normal/mild to moderate cognitive impairment;
5. Subjects voluntarily participate in the project and sign the informed consent and complete the CRF;
6. Additional notes: try to screen patients with disease duration <= 1 year;

排除标准:

1. 其他痴呆症,如路易体痴呆、Pick病等致认知障碍;
2. 生命体征不平稳,并合并严重慢性疾病等;
3. 有眼底照相禁忌症,不能完成眼底照相;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Dementias, such as lewy body dementia, Pick disease and other causes of cognitive impairment;
2. Unstable vital signs, combined with serious chronic diseases;
3. With contraindications of fundus photography, fundus photography cannot be completed.
