研究目的：

围术期静脉输注硫酸镁具有良好的镇痛效果，但是硫酸镁会增强神经肌肉阻滞剂的效力和持续时间，这可能干扰术中神经电生理监测期间SSEP和MEP的显着变化的精确测量，导致患者脊髓和神经根损伤风险增加。本研究探索围术期静脉输注镇痛剂量的硫酸镁是否能在不影响神经监测的同时维持一定程度的肌松和镇痛疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Intravenous perioperative magnesium sulfate has a good analgesic effect, but magnesium sulfate enhances the potency and duration of neuromuscular blockers, which may interfere with the precise measurement of significant changes in SSEP and MEP during intraoperative neuroelecological monitoring, resulting in an increased risk of spinal cord and nerve root injury in patients. This study explored whether perioperative intravenous infusion of analgesic doses of magnesium sulfate can maintain some degree of muscle relaxation and analgesic efficacy without affecting neural monitoring.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄 20-65岁；性别不限；ASA 分级II-III级；BMI：15-30kg/m2；符合伦理，患者自愿受试；签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Age 20-65 years; Gender agnostic; ASA Grading II-III; BMI15-30kg/m2 Ethically, patients are voluntarily tested; Sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

有存在神经肌肉疾病；肝脏、肾脏或心血管功能障碍；患者使用钙通道阻滞剂或镁用药；麻醉时间＞5小时；患者拒绝参加研究；其他身体或精神疾病使无法回答疼痛评分。

Exclusion criteria：

There are neuromuscular disorders present; Liver, kidney or cardiovascular dysfunction; Patients are treated with calcium channel blockers or magnesium medications; Anesthesia time > 5 hours; Patients refuse to participate in the study; Other physical or mental illnesses make it impossible to answer pain scores.
