研究目的：

对比持续房颤射频消融术中自行转窦组，依布利特转复组和电复律组三组不同转窦方式对房颤预后的影响和评价；circ_0000672/circ_0003916在预测持续房颤左房纤维化和预测房颤术后复发的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effect of different sinus transfer methods on the prognosis of atrial fibrillation (AF) in spontaneous sinus transfer group, ibulide cardioversion group and electrical cardioversion group, and to evaluate the value of circ_0000672/circ_0003916 in predicting left atrial fibrosis and postoperative recurrence of persistent atrial fibrillation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合心律失常射频消融治疗指南适应证的持续房颤患者和左侧旁道所致房室折返性心动过速患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with persistent atrial fibrillation and atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia due to left bypass who met the guidelines for radiofrequency ablation of arrhythmias.

排除标准：

1.年龄<20岁或≥85岁；
2.心瓣膜性房颤；
3.超声心动图评估左心室直径≥55mm；
4.既往射频消融或心脏手术史；
5.全身抗凝禁忌症；
6.左心耳血栓。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Aged < 20 or >= 85 years;
2. valvular AF;
3. LA diameter >= 55mm assessed by echocardiography;
4. a history of radiofrequency ablation or cardiac surgery;
5. contraindication to systemic anticoagulation;
6. left atrial appendage thrombus
