比较来曲唑、亚精胺、来曲唑联合亚精胺治疗非梗阻性NOA的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the efficacy and safety of letrozole, spermidine, letrozole combined with spermidine in the treatment of non-obstructive NOA

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1 年龄18-45岁；
2 NOA伴克氏综合症、腮腺炎性睾丸炎、Y染色体c区缺失、隐睾病史患者；
3 自愿参与此项临床研究，研究开始前受试者签署书面知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1 Age 18-45 years old;
2 NOA patients with Klinefelter syndrome, mumps orchitis, deletion of Y chromosome c region, history of cryptorchidism;
3 Voluntary participation in this clinical study, subjects signed a written informed consent before the start of the study.

排除标准：

1 低促性性腺功能低下；
2 输精管道梗阻因素导致的无精子症，如附睾炎导致附睾梗阻、先天性输精管缺如、射精管梗阻；
3 有泌尿生殖系统感染；
4 4周内接受过AI、hCG、hMG、雌激素受体拮抗剂等影响下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的药物治疗；
5 各种原因导致无法手术，如存在凝血功能障碍；
6 有系统性疾病，如高血压、糖尿病、肝功能不全等。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Hypogonadotropic hypogonadism;
2 Azoospermia caused by vas deferens obstruction factors, such as epididymal obstruction caused by epididymitis, congenital absence of vas deferens, ejaculatory duct obstruction;
3 With urogenital infection;
4 Received AI, hCG, hMG, estrogen receptor antagonists and other drugs that affect the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis within 4 weeks;
5 Inoperable due to various reasons, such as coagulation dysfunction;
6 There are systemic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, liver insufficiency, etc.
